PostgreSQLインストーラーの困りごと

The database cluster initialisation failed.
って出る場合、フォルダに対して現ユーザにフルコントロールを与えればOK

でも、でもでもでもー次に以下がでる
A non-fatal error occured during cluster initialisation. Please check the installation log in C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp for details.
さらに
A non-fatal error occured whilst loading database modules. Please check the installation log in C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp for details.
結局、原因はどちらか
他にログインユーザがいたせい
または、
インストールフォルダに対して、Everyoneにフルコントロールを与えればOK
できました。
